With proper care, your board can be reused for future events.

Because each backdrop is custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there is a production error (such as a printing defect or incorrect personalization that differs from your approved order) or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, we may request clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed to be a production error, we will remake and reship the item at no additional cost.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
