Schedule your delivery at checkout by entering your delivery date and time. All deliveries are made in a 3-4 hour window and arrive inflated, weighted, assembled,
if applicable, by a Ballooneers delivery driver.

Standard delivery is fee available in Evans and CSRA surrounding areas. Additional delivery fees apply for zip code not listed in the eligible delivery zones.

Deliveries can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance. We recommend finalizing as soon as possible to reserve your desired time slot.

Delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. A delivery or setup should be scheduled prior to the start of your event. Deliveries and setups may arrive anytime within the chosen time frame.

Ballooneers is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Rerouting or rescheduling a delivery or setup is subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery or setup charge.

For a full refund on a Helium Bouquet, the deadline to submit your request is 72 hours prior to delivery or pickup time.

Ballooners is not able to change or cancel an order if the request is made on the day of delivery or pickup time since the balloons will already be inflated and once inflated its non-refundable.
