How can I get in touch with you?

Our clients can contact us over the phone and via email. To exchange pricing and photos for your event, we prefer to communicate via email. This provides both parties with accurate information that can be accessed at any time. 

What regions do you serve?

Lizeidy’s Balloons and Events is based out of Evans, GA. We proudly serve the CSRA including Aiken, Columbia, and Richmond County in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. But we love to travel! We are available to travel for large events. 

How long do your balloons last?

We at Lizeidy’s Balloon and Events use the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than expected. We cannot guarantee the longevity of your balloons once they have been delivered or picked up. Weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can all shorten the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything that is damaged during transportation or setup.

Indoor balloon decorations, on the other hand, may last over a month if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

Can I keep the balloons?

Once your event is finished, you may keep the balloons before our team comes to break down the decor. However, each of our balloon pieces has stands, bases, and other custom materials that need to be returned.

How far in advance should I order for my event?

Orders should be submitted as soon as possible. Dates and times for event setup are first come, first served, and can fill up quickly. We recommend our clients book at least three months in advance for large events. With 3-5 days’ notice, simple deliveries and setup may be possible. A full deposit must accompany your order to be confirmed on our calendar.

Can I schedule a meeting with you?

Yes. On-site consultation at our Evans location is available by appointment.

How much does balloon decoration cost?

Our organic balloon decor pricing varies based on the type of design, complexity, and length. Once you reach out to us, we can send you an explanation of our designs and prices. Our prices do not include our delivery & installation fees, and the breakdown & pick-up fees. 

Delivery and pick-up fees depend on the delivery location and time of day.

How do I pay for the balloons?

Our clients can pay online. We accept card payments as well as Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and credit card payments over the phone.

 

We understand that for schools, organizations, and corporations, a check may be required for payment. A signed contract will be required if payment cannot be made before the event date.

Are balloons eco-friendly?

Our balloon manufacturers use biodegradable materials. Because latex is a natural product, it will degrade into a non-hazardous residue in the environment. For more information, check our sustainability page.
